It shall be unlawful for any person to work for hire performing tree care activities in the town for private or municipal street trees without first registering with the Clerk-Treasurer for an annual license and paying the permit fee of $10; showing proof of liability insurance for personal injury and property damage in the amount of $100,000; and shall be familiar with OSHA’s laws governing power line tree trimming maintenance.
