§ 152.04 PUBLIC TREE CARE BY THE TOWN.
   The town shall have the right to plant, prune, maintain and remove trees, shrubs and plants within the lines of all streets, alleys, squares and public grounds as may be necessary to ensure the public safety or to preserve the aesthetics of such public grounds. Whenever the town finds it necessary to remove a tree, the town shall, when reasonably possible, replant or replace it consistent with the specifications and standards herein.
