§ 115.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a parade, circus or carnival, or other similar event, within the town without first having obtained a license as herein provided

§ 115.02 LICENSE; APPLICATION; FEE.
   (A)   Clerk-Treasurer to issue. Any person or group of persons desiring to conduct a parade, circus or carnival, or other similar event, within the town shall first obtain a license from the office of the Clerk-Treasurer. The Clerk-Treasurer shall keep a complete record in his or her office of all licenses issued.
   (B)   Application. Any person, firm or corporation desiring to conduct a parade, circus or carnival, or other similar event, within the town as herein defined shall make an application in writing to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town at least seven days before said applicant shall be authorized to begin business. Such application shall state the name and residence of the applicant, the company or firm which he or she represents, the place where such business is to be conducted, the kind of goods to be sold and the length of time for which a license is desired.
   (C)   Fee. No license fee shall be required under this chapter.

§ 115.03 EXPIRATION OF LICENSE.
   All licenses issued under this chapter shall expire at the time stipulated on the license or upon revocation.

§ 115.04 EXHIBITION OF LICENSE.
   All circuses, carnivals and parades, or similar events, coming within the terms of this chapter are required to exhibit their license at the request of any citizen.

§ 115.05 USE OF STREETS.
   The Clerk-Treasurer shall notify the Town Council of the issuance of any license for any circus, carnival or parade, or similar event, and if the streets of the town or any other public place is required to be used therefor, the same shall be done in conformity with the directions of said Council.

§ 115.06 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked by the President of the Town Council after notice and hearing for any of the following causes:
   (A)   Fraud, misrepresentation or false statement contained in the license application;
   (B)   Fraud, misrepresentation or false statement made in the course of carrying on business as a circus, carnival or parade operator, itinerant merchant, peddler or solicitor;
   (C)   Conviction of any crime or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude;
   (D)   Conducting the business of operating a circus, carnival or parade, peddling or soliciting in an unlawful manner so as to constitute a breach of the peace, or to constitute a menace to the health, safety or general welfare of the public; or
   (E)   Any other violation of this chapter.
