§ 110.06 REPORTING IN DAILY; BADGE ISSUANCE.
   All peddlers, solicitors and itinerant merchants must report in at the Police Department daily prior to engaging in any business. Upon presenting photo identification, the Police Department shall provide an identification badge for each person licensed to engage in business that day; said badge must be worn at all times and returned to the Police Department upon the completion of all business activities that day. Any vehicle to be used by the license holder or any agents must be identified and designated to the Police Department at this time. Failure to return all badges will result in a replacement cost of $10 per unreturned badge and could result in the suspension and/or revocation of the license.
