§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   For violation of § 110.02 of this chapter, a first offense is $50, a second offense is $75 and a third offense is $100. All penalties shall be reduced by 50% if paid within 72 hours of notice to the offender.
