(A) All refuse generated within a town park or park facility through the lawful use of the park or facility must be deposited within designated receptacles or removed from the town park entirely. Dumpsters located within any town park are to be used solely by the Parks and Recreation Department and the activities, programs or events sanctioned, scheduled or sponsored through or by the Parks and Recreation Department.
(B) No person shall leave or deposit any refuse or other material (including yard waste, clippings, debris, building materials and trash) generated outside a town park in any town park.
