(A) Fires. No person shall create or attempt to create a fire of any kind in any town park or park facility, except for the sole purpose of cooking food in specifically designed and designated Parks and Recreation Department-provided grilling stations. Any person creating an approved fire as detailed in this section must fully extinguish the fire before leaving the immediate vicinity of the fire.
(B) Fireworks and explosives. No person shall ignite or possess fireworks or explosives of any kind, except as detailed by the town’s Fourth of July fireworks ordinance, within town parks.
