No permits shall be required of the town’s animal control agency or a state-licensed veterinary hospital/clinic, birds held under state or federal falconry permits or guide dogs specifically trained to assist their handicapped owners. However, all other animal care provisions of this chapter shall apply to such exempt persons or entities.
