§ 91.003 EXCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person owning, operating or maintaining any public place of business or conveyance into which the general public is invited for any business purpose to debar or exclude therefrom any service animal, as defined by I.C. 16-32-3-1.5, as it may be amended, which has been trained to assist, do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The service animal must be in the company of the individual whom it was trained to assist.
