The driver of a vehicle shall not back the same unless such movement can be made with reasonable safety and without interfering with other traffic.

The driver of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway or building shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk or onto the sidewalk area extending across any alleyway, yielding the right-of-way to any pedestrian as may be necessary to avoid collision, and upon entering the roadway, shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching on said roadway.

The driver of any vehicle shall not drive within any sidewalk area, except at a permanent or temporary driveway.

(A) Each driver in a funeral or other procession shall drive as near to the right-hand edge of the roadway as practical and shall follow the vehicle ahead as closely as is practical and safe.
(B) A funeral procession shall be identified as such by the display upon the outside of each vehicle of a pennant or other identifying insignia or by such other method as may be determined and designated by the Police Department.
(C) No driver of a vehicle shall drive between the vehicles comprising a funeral or other authorized procession while they are in motion and when such vehicles are conspicuously designated as required in this section. This provision shall not apply at intersections where traffic is controlled by traffic-control signals or police officers.

TURNING AND CHANGING LANES
(A) A signal of intention to turn right or left shall be given continuously during not less than the last 200 feet traveled by a vehicle before turning or changing lanes.
(B) A vehicle traveling in a speed zone of at least 50 mph shall give a signal continuously for not less than the last 300 feet traveled by the vehicle before turning or changing lanes.

The driver of a vehicle intending to turn at an intersection shall do so as follows.
(A) Both the approach for a right turn and a right turn shall be made as close as practical to the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway.
(B) The approach for a left turn shall be made in that portion of the right half of the roadway nearest the centerline thereof and after entering the intersection. The left turn shall be made so as to leave the intersection to the right of the centerline of the roadway being entered.
(C) (1) The approach for a left turn from a two-way street onto a one-way street shall be made in that portion of the right half of the roadway nearest the centerline thereof and by passing to the right of such centerline where it enters the intersection.
(2) A left turn from a one-way street onto a two-way street shall be made by passing to the right of the centerline of the street being entered upon leaving the intersection.
(D) Where both streets or roadways are one-way, both the approach for a left turn and a left turn shall be made as close as practicable to the left-hand curb or edge of the roadway.
