No person shall park or cause to be parked any truck on any street within the Central Business District of the town. Provided, however, that a truck may park in the area for the purpose of loading or unloading freight between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. In the event of an emergency, exceptions to this section may be permitted by the specific authorization of a police officer.
