§ 70.011 MOTORCYCLES; MANNER OF RIDING.
   A person operating a motorcycle shall not ride other than upon a permanent and regular seat attached thereto or carry any other person except upon a firmly attached seat to the operator’s rear or sides. No person shall ride upon a motorcycle other than upon a firmly attached seat to the rear or side of the operator.
