§ 70.002 OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC CODE AND OFFICIAL DIRECTIVES REQUIRED.
   It is an infraction for any person to do any act forbidden or to fail to perform any act required in this Traffic Code. Further, no person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of a police officer or Fire Department official.
