§ 54.080 REISSUANCE OF PERMIT.
   A user with an expiring individual wastewater discharge permit shall apply for individual wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a complete permit application, in accordance with § 54.059 of this chapter, a minimum of 180 days prior to the expiration of the user’s existing individual wastewater discharge permit.
