§ 54.061 PERMIT DECISIONS.
   (A)   The Superintendent will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information.
   (B)   Within 90 days of receipt of a complete permit application, the Superintendent will determine whether to issue an individual wastewater discharge permit. The Superintendent may deny any application for an individual wastewater discharge permit.
