BREMEN WATER DEPARTMENT    90 DAY RESIDENTIAL    TEMPORARY USE PERMIT   STARTING DATE ________________________   EXPIRATION DATE ________________________   DATE THE TEMPORARY SERVICE IS NEEDED ________________________   HOUSE ADDRESS   __________________________________________________   PROPERTY OWNER/CONTACT PERSON   __________________________________________________   TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE AUTHORIZED BY   __________________________________________________ CLERK-TREASURER OFFICE      Water service may be furnished to a residential developer or other homebuilders upon request at a cost of $30.00 for a period not to exceed three (3) months at which time if temporary service is still required a meter must be installed and a meter deposit paid. Water obtained under the above arrangements will be confined to use on the lot or premises for the purpose of house construction and worker convenience only. This fee may be reviewed and updated from time to time.
