(E) Tap fees.
(1) The charge for a one-inch service tap shall be in the amount of $1,300. The charge for taps larger than one inch shall be based on the actual cost of the labor, materials and supplies incurred, but in no event shall the fee be less than $1,300.
(2) The cost per additional meter set is $400.
(F) After hours service charge (non-emergency only).
(1) (a) After hours and Saturdays: $70 minimum for the first two hours; and
(b) After two hours: An additional $35 per hour per employee.
(2) (a) Sundays and holidays: $90 minimum for the first two hours; and
(b) After two hours: An additional $45 per hour per employee.
