§ 52.021 CLASSES OF SERVICE.
   (A)   The town has two classes of service:
      (1)   A service to supply metered water to residential customers; and
      (2)   Nonresidential customers for commercial, industrial, municipal, fire protection uses, sprinkler installations, tank truck filling, contractors and customer service other than residential.
   (B)   All services shall fall into one or the other of these classes.
