A. No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle, other than a city-owned vehicle, in any city or city redevelopment agency-owned or operated off-street parking facility for a period of time longer than twelve (12) hours.
B. This section shall not apply to vehicles displaying a city-issued reserved parking space permit applicable to the parking structure or facility in which the vehicle is parked.
