§ 154.02  GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   The Philadelphia Plan of Numbering Houses, as adopted, is as follows:
   (A)   All streets running north and south from National Avenue, formerly Main Street, as a base, with odd numbers on the right-hand side and even numbers on the left-hand side, thus commencing at National Avenue, formerly Main Street, with 1 and 2 and add successively 100 to the serial at the crossing of each street, until the north or south limit of the city is reached.
   (B)   All streets running east and west from Walnut Street as the base, with odd numbers on the right-hand side and even numbers on the left-hand side, thus commencing at Walnut Street with 1 and 2 and add successively 100 to the serial at the crossing of each street until the east and west limit of the city is reached.
