(A) The City Tree Board shall notify, in writing, the owner of any dead diseased tree when the tree constitutes a hazard to life and property, or harbor insects or disease which constitute a potential threat to other trees within the city.
(B) It is the tree owner's responsibility to take the necessary measures to remove or treat these trees to ensure the safety of the Brazil community.
