§ 152.01  STREET TREES DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   STREET TREES.  Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation on land lying between the right-of-way on either side of all streets, avenues or ways within the city.
