It is declared unlawful for any person, firm, company or corporation holding a license hereunder and exhibiting or controlling by virtue thereof, any shows, circus or other entertainment and controlling the place of entertainment to allow any indecent, obscene or immoral language, or picture or exhibition to be used or to appear in or as a part of entertainment or show, or to fail to conduct and cause entertainment and place to be conducted in a lawful and orderly manner.
