§ 110.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person, firm, company or corporation that shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not less than $1 nor more than $100.

(B) Each day's continuance in the violation shall constitute a separate offense.
