(A) All lot and grave owners will be presented with a copy of this chapter on application at the cemetery office.
(B) Questions which may arise, not covered in these rules, are subject to the decision of the Supervisor, and Board of Public Works and Safety and the Common Council.
(C) Visitors are requested to observe the decorum which should characterize a place, and unnecessary noise or improper conduct of any person will not be tolerated.
(D) The Supervisor is charged with the execution of these rules and persons are requested to inform him or her of any breach of these rules of which they become aware.
(E) The Supervisor and his or her deputies are invested with full police power to arrest any offender in these grounds. They shall expel from the grounds any violator of these rules or any person disturbing the sanctity of the place by any act of disrespect whereby the offender is subject to punishment.
(F) The cemetery gates or entrance will be opened at 7:00 a.m. and closed at sunset.
