§ 98.11  DECORATIONS.
   (A)   Toys, cans, dishes, globes, shells, bottles or bric-a-brac of any kind shall not be allowed on the graves, as they interfere with cutting the grass. These articles will be promptly removed whenever found.
   (B)   Dead flowers, weeds, grass, paper or other forms of rubbish shall be put in the containers provided for that purpose, and shall by no means be piled against trees or left on the section.
   (C)   Planting trees as boundary line marks to prohibited.
   (D)   Fences or enclosures are prohibited on any lot or part.
   (E)   Wooden trellises, vines or shrubs are prohibited on any lot or grave unless approved by the Supervisor.
   (F)   Lot owners shall not place any chair, settee or portable seat of any kind on their lot, as they attract strangers to the lot and the constant use of them destroys the grass and is objectionable in other ways.
   (G)   When trees or shrubs by means of their height or branches, become detrimental to adjacent lots, or dangerous or inconvenient to passengers, it shall be the duty of the Supervisor to remove the tree, shrub or offending part thereof.
   (H)   No grave mounds shall be permitted.
   (I)   All bouquet holders must be set flush with the surface of the ground. Vases with cut flowers may be placed on graves, but will be removed when the flowers wither.
   (J)   Unfilled vases and urns shall not be allowed to remain on lots after July 1 of each year, but will be removed from the lot and held subject to the order of the lot owner for 1 year after which all responsibility of the cemetery ceases, and disposal will be made as the management deems best.
   (K)   Floral designs or other decorations will be removed from lots or graves as soon as the flowers become wilted or unsightly, and persons wishing to retain the same must remove them within 48 hours after the funeral.
   (L)   Winter decorations, holly, evergreen or artificial wreaths may be placed on the graves beginning November 1 and may remain until March 1, after which date all decorations will be removed. If these are to be kept for future use, they must be removed and cared for by the lot owner before March 1.
   (M)   Seats or benches of stone will not hereafter be permitted in the cemetery, and as those now existing become broken, or out of repair, they will be removed and may not be replaced.
   (N)   Before ordering monuments or markers, lot owners must consult the Supervisor and ascertain if there is space on the lot for the desired stone or markers.
   (O)   If any trees or shrubs situated on any lot shall, by reason of the growth of their roots and branches, or in any other way, become detrimental to the adjacent lots, walks, driveways or avenues, or dangerous or inconvenient to it shall be the duty of the passers-by, Supervisor to enter on the lot and remove the trees or shrubs, or parts thereof as are thus detrimental, dangerous or inconvenient.
