§ 98.10  MONUMENTAL WORK.
   (A)   All workpersons engaged in erecting monuments or other structures are prohibited from attaching ropes to any tree or shrub except by permission of the Supervisor.
   (B)   All workpersons and builders are under the control and direction of the Supervisor while on the grounds and must enter and leave the cemetery during the working hours of the cemetery employees. Any workperson failing to comply with this regulation shall not be permitted to work in the cemetery.
   (C)   No stone work shall be begun on Saturday that cannot be finished and the debris cleared away before the regular quitting time of the cemetery employees.
   (D)   No stone work shall be removed from the cemetery except by permission of the Supervisor.
   (E)   All markers must be placed at the opposite end of the grave from the monument.
   (F)   The management does not bind itself to maintain or replace any stone or structure erected on any lot.
