(A) Under no condition shall a removal of a body from a grave be made where death was caused by smallpox or cholera.
(B) The price of removal of a body from a grave shall be $150.
(C) In making removals from 1 cemetery to another, the price shall be governed by the distance, condition of the remains and time and labor required.
(D) Burial plots may be surrendered only after they have been cleared of all encumbrances and when recommended by the Supervisor.
