(A) Persons desiring to purchase burial plots will, on application therefor at the cemetery office, be accompanied over the cemetery grounds by the Supervisor who will assist them in selecting a plot.
(B) Having decided on a suitable location for the grave plot, the purchaser shall return to the office where he or she will be given an application form properly filled out, describing the lot, section, number and price. Upon presenting the completed application form at the Clerk-Treasurer's office in the city building, and payment to the Clerk-Treasurer the consideration for the plot, the Clerk-Treasurer shall execute a deed to the purchaser.
(C) No interment will be allowed until payment of the full purchase price for the lot on which the interment is to be made.

(D) Prices of burial plots shall be as follows:
(1) Single grave (adult)-$250; and
(2) Single grave (children)-$125.
