§ 98.03  OFFICERS AND OFFICE OVERSEEING CITY-OWNED CEMETERIES.
   (A)   The Supervisor of the city-owned and maintained cemeteries and employed assistants shall be designated "the officers" and shall have the responsibility of giving their constant and personal attention to the care, maintenance, operation and management of the cemeteries.
   (B)   The office of the Supervisor is located at the Cottage Hill Cemetery at the right driveway near the entrance. All the lot and grave owners in the cemeteries should consult with the officers at all times. Advice and assistance will be given without charge to those contemplating the purchases of monuments or the making of other improvements.
   (C)   Orders for work, complaints and lost and found articles should be reported at the office of the Supervisor or the City Clerk-Treasurer. All business involving the cemeteries will be transacted at these offices.
   (D)   Employees of the cemeteries are prohibited from accepting orders or instructions for work from anyone except the Supervisor. Every person is requested to report to the Supervisor any errors or lack of proper care in the execution of duties of the cemetery employees.
   (E)   No tips, gratuities or fees are permitted to be paid to cemetery employees by any person.
