(A) (1) Meetings of the Board shall be public. The Board shall fix the time and place of its meetings, but it shall meet at least quarterly.
(2) These meeting shall be called by the President of the Board on his or her own request or the request of any member. Written notice of the meeting shall be sent to all members by the Secretary of the Board at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
(3) All regularly scheduled and special meetings of the Board shall comply with the Indiana Open Door Law, I.C. 5-14-1.5-1 through 5-14-1.5-7.
(4) A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum and any action of the Board is not official unless authorized by at least 3 members present and acting.

(B) In addition to powers and duties specified in § 97.47, the powers and duties previously vested in the Board of Parks and Recreation pertaining to the golf course are transferred to the Golf Course Board.
