§ 90.44  BURNING OF TRASH, GARBAGE, REFUSE AND LEAVES PROHIBITED.
   The burning of trash, garbage, refuse, foliage, branches, leaves or waste materials or waste substances within the City of Brazil, Indiana is declared to be a nuisance and is prohibited.
