§ 90.21 PROHIBITING ACCUMULATION OF OPEN TRASH AND GARBAGE.

It shall be unlawful for any person who owns or rents private residential property, multi-family dwellings or mobile homes within the corporate limits of the city to permit or allow the accumulation of open trash and garbage on the property.
