§ 70.05  PARKING IN CERTAIN AREAS RESTRICTED.
   (A)   Parking of certain types of trailers as hereinafter defined on the streets within the corporate limits of the city, with a zoning district designation as an “R District-Residential” as provided for under the Zoning Code is restricted in that no person shall stop, stand or park certain types of trailers as defined herein, upon any street within an “R District-Residential” area designation under the Zoning Code and within the corporate limits of the city, except as follows:
      (1)   While expeditiously loading or unloading passengers, freight, materials or merchandise between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.;
      (2)   While affecting emergency repairs when a vehicle is so disabled as to render it unsafe to proceed further;
      (3)   Vehicle and equipment engaged in street construction, maintenance and repair, or the construction, maintenance or repair of public service utilities;
      (4)   Vehicles serving as emergency vehicles.
   (B)   The term semi-trailer as used in this section, applies to semi-trailers defined as a trailer that is in excess of 25 feet in length and is the type of trailer that has wheels only at the rear, requiring the front end to be supported by a towing vehicle, which is not an automobile, a van, a mini-van, SUV, or a pickup truck. Measurements for length shall be the overall length of the trailer, including the hitch, if it extends beyond the trailer body.
   (C)   Any trailer as defined herein found stopped, standing or parked in violation of any provision of this section is subject to being removed and impounded at the owner's expense.
   (D)   This section incorporates by reference Chapter 74, which may further restrict parking in regard to the streets contained within the corporate limits of the city. Further, parking may further be restricted by the rest and remainder of the sections contained in this title.
