(a) No person, firm or corporation shall erect a satellite dish-type "earth station" in excess of three feet in diameter in the Village without a permit, and no installation or erection shall commence before a permit is issued in accordance with Section 1339.04. The permit fee for a satellite dish "earth station" is fifty dollars ($50.00).
(b) Upon making application for the permit required under subsection (a), a permit applicant shall present evidence of any license or permit required by any Federal, State and/or local agency for the construction and/or operation of an "earth station".
