(a) There is hereby adopted by and for the Village, the Ohio Building Code (OBC), as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, and as published in Division 4101:1 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC), save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended, modified, or deleted, and shall apply and be enforced within the Village of Bratenahl.
(b) There is hereby adopted by and for the Village, the Ohio Mechanical Code, as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, as published in Division 4101:2 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC), save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended, modified, or deleted, and shall apply and be enforced within the Village of Bratenahl.
(c) There is hereby adopted by and for the Village, the Ohio Plumbing Code, as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, as published in Division 4101:3 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC), save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended, modified, or deleted, and shall apply and be enforced within the Village of Bratenahl.
(d) In accordance with Ohio R. C. 731.231, at least one copy of the Ohio Building Code, the Ohio Mechanical Code, and the Ohio Plumbing Code as adopted in Sections 1305.01(a), (b), and (c), respectively, shall be kept on file at the office of the Clerk, the office of the Building Commissioner, and in the County Law Library. The Village Clerk has copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
