A conference center must be located on a lot at least six acres in area held in one ownership. The minimum yard sizes prescribed in Section 1155.04 shall not apply, but instead the lot used as a conference center shall have a minimum front yard of 350 feet, two side yards of at least 100 feet each, and a minimum rear yard of 100 feet, except that, where the rear of the lot adjoins Lake Erie or any public open space, no rear yard shall be required, and except that the Planning Commission at the time of approval of use of the property as a conference center, may approve the continued location of existing accessory buildings within such minimum yard space. Landscaping shall be provided to insure privacy to adjoining properties, and buildings and grounds shall be maintained in attractive, safe and orderly condition in keeping with community standards.
