376.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this Water Traffic Code for which no penalty is otherwise provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense. On each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

(b) Whoever violates Sections 378.02 or 376.04 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

(c) Whoever violates Sections 378.01 to 378.08 without causing injury to persons or damage to property is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

(d) Whoever violates Sections 378.01 to 378.08 causing injury to persons or damage to property is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
