At the time of construction, or enlargement of more than 50% of an existing structure or building or change in the use of land, off-street parking spaces and loading areas shall be provided, constructed, and maintained for all uses as follows:

Bowling alley | 2 for each alley |
Retail sales department stores, restaurants, taverns, grocery stores and the like | 1 per 200 square feet of floor area as determined by exterior wall dimensions |
Professional office establishments | 1 per 500 square feet of floor area as determined by exterior wall dimensions |
Manufacturing, wholesale warehouse and similar uses | 1 for every 2 employees on the largest working shift |
