§ 153.150 SUBDIVISION ANNEXATION OF ADJOINING OR CONTIGUOUS PROPERTIES.

All subdivisions or additions laid out adjoining or contiguous to the corporate limits shall be included within the same and become a part of the municipality for all purposes whatsoever, upon approval of and acceptance by resolution of the Village Board.
