§ 153.135  REDUCTION OF GUARANTEES.
   In those cases where improvement guaranteed have the village made under §§ 153.126 or 153.127 of this chapter, the amount of the guarantee may be reduced upon acceptance in compliance with § 153.134 of this chapter of the dedication of a portion of the improvements.
