§ 153.085  SEWER AND WATER.
   (A)   It shall be required that the owner or developer of the tract to be subdivided install satisfactory sewer and water lines which are necessary to serve such subdivision. Installation of the above shall be in accordance with the specifications of the village and under the direction and supervision of the Village Board. Where adequate water and sewer lines are accessible within 1,320 feet of the final plat, connections to these lines shall be made. Water lines shall be looped according to specifications set by the Village Board.
   (B)   The cost of providing this engineering service will be the responsibility of the owner or developer of the tract to be subdivided or by other agreement with the village. Design of municipal water mains and sanitary sewer lines shall conform to standards and guidelines approved by the Village Engineer.
