At least ten days prior to the Planning Commission meeting at which the preliminary plat is to be considered for approval, the Planning Commission shall submit a copy of the proposal to the school board of each school district which the proposed development affects, and shall notify the school board of the meeting date. Copies of the plat may be submitted to any other agency which may be affected.
