(A) Storage, collection and disposal of refuse in a trailer or mobile home court shall be managed so as not to create health hazards, rodent harborage, insect breeding areas, accident or fire hazards or air pollution.

(B) Refuse shall be stored in fly-tight, water-tight, rodent-proof containers which shall be located not more than 150 feet from any trailer or mobile home. Containers shall be provided in sufficient number and capacity to store properly all refuse and otherwise in conformity with the garbage and refuse ordinance.
