(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of §§ 92.15 through 92.19 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in the sum of no less than $100 and no more than $500 for a first offense. Fines for second and subsequent offenses shall be no less than $200 and no more than $500 per offense.

(C) (1) A person or persons found guilty of violating § 92.17 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined up to $500 per each offense.
(2) Each day that the nuisance, identified in the nuisance resolution and notice, is not abated shall be a separate offense and subject to a separate fine.
