(A) Any provision of this code of ordinances may be repealed, modified or superseded by an ordinance passed by the Village Board.
(B) An ordinance repealing, modifying or superseding any provision of this code may be codified as part of this code herein.
(C) Local legislation shall preempt other provisions of this code on the same or similar subjects as expressly stated herein. To the extent that there exists any conflict between local legislation codified herein and any other provision of this code, the local legislation shall control.
