§ 18-204  CAPITAL RESERVE FUND.
   1.   The Supervisors shall establish a capital reserve fund to be maintained for use for capital improvements as well as rehabilitation and maintenance of existing sewers.
   2.   Said Capital Reserve Fund shall be created and maintained from the charge per EDU per month as described in § 18-202.1.
   3.   Disbursements of moneys from said Fund shall be made at the discretion of the Supervisors by a majority vote of all Supervisors.
