(a) It is declared to be unlawful and shall constitute a nuisance for any person to go upon any premises and to knock on it, ring a bell, or calling out to the residents of any dwelling, for the purpose of alerting the resident, if there is posted a NOTICE of no soliciting as set forth in Section 715.04.
(b) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Subsequent violations will cause the violator to be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. (Ord. 19-08. Passed 12-12-19.)
