The final plat shall show the following:
(a) Control Points, Ties: Primary control points, approved by the Village Administrator or descriptions and ties to such control points to which all dimensions, angles, bearings, and similar data on the plat shall be referred.
(b) Boundaries, Lines, Dimensions, Angles, Etc. Tract boundary lines, right-of-way lines of streets, easements, and other rights of way and property lines of residential lots and other sites with accurate dimensions, bearings or deflection angles and radii arcs and central angles of all curbs.
(c) Street Names; Right of Way. Name and right of way widths of each street or other right of way.
(d) Easements. Locations, dimensions, and purpose of any easement.
(e) Lots. Lots numbered in numerical order and blocks lettered in alphabetical order where applicable.
(f) Dedication Purpose. Purpose for which sites other than residential lots are dedicated or reserved.
(g) Setback. Minimum building setback line on all lots and other streets.
(h) Monuments. Location and description of monuments.
(i) Owners. Names of recorded owners of adjoining unplatted land.
(j) Recorded Adjoining Plats. Reference to recorded subdivision plats of adjoining platted land by recorded name, date and number.
(k) Certification. Certification by registered land surveyor or registered professional engineer certifying the accuracy of surveyed plat.
(l) Title Certification. Certification and title showing that applicant is the land owner.
(m) Dedication Statement. Statement by owner dedicating streets, right of way and sites for public use.
(n) Title, Etc. Title, Scale, North arrow and date.
(o) Covenants. Protective covenants in form for recording.
(p) Construction Drawings. Two copies of cross-sections and profile of streets showing grades and all other street improvements, approved by the Village Administrator. Size and location of all storm sewers including inlets, catch basins, manholes and other appurtenances. Size and location of all sanitary sewers, including manholes, service connections, and other appurtenances. Size and location of all water lines, including service connections, valves, and fire hydrants. Location of all underground electric lines and telephone lines, including service connections, and other requirements of the Village of Bradford Standards, Specifications and Drawings.
(q) Certification by Subdivider. The subdivider shall furnish the Planning Board with a certificate stating that the subdivider has filed with the Village Clerk a bond or certified check, which is in sufficient amount as to assure completion of all required improvements.
