1171.01  FINAL PLAT; FORM.
   (a)   Final plat shall be drawn in ink on tracing cloth on sheets 22 inches wide by 34 inches long and shall be at a scale of 100 feet to one (1) inch.
 
   (b)   Where practical the plat may be drawn on several sheets, accompanied by an index sheet showing the entire subdivision.
